Region Halland is one of several new Swedish regions, founded in 2003 as an association of local municipalities in Halland
- But what should Region Halland focus on? What should a shared strategy for the future contain?
- And how could one build a strategy that is accepted and owned by stakeholders as well as the general public?
SOLUTION

- Start with analysis of Halland’s future context - which are the external drivers that need to be considered
- Involve key stakeholders and general public, not least young persons
- Build strategy on key assets, contextual challenges and opportunities and vision and values
