Strategy and business plan
What is strategy? One common definition is that strategy is the path taken to reach a goal. At the same time, we all know that the intended strategy (plan), is rarely realized (reality). So, looking back – what was the strategy?

That’s why we define the strategy as: “The dynamic combination of activities and plans that an organization uses to distinguish itself from competitors and gain a temporary or sustained competitive advantage.”
Indeed, our experience shows that it is best to build a strategy from the bottom up. By beginning with individual ideas and embryonic strategies, we can find the new patterns, approaches and concepts that can make a real difference. That can create an advantage. That can take our ideas down new paths, our own paths.
We have acquired this experience from the many assignments we’ve carried out in various industries and on different levels, from group-wide innovative strategy projects and regional/national development projects, to more specific development projects on a more extended basis.
Strategy involves doing as much as thinking, but a successful strategy requires new ideas.
