Heléne Olsson is our MD for Kairos Future Spain, with office in Barcelona. Heléne has a wide Spanish and international management experience in international industry- and service companies in Spain. She has been Marketing Director at Grupo Papelero Torras (Spain’s leading paper manufacturer and merchant), Commercial Union, now AVIVA (Europe’s number one Life Assurance Company), and General Electric (Finance and start-up of an internet portal). Then as an entrepreneur herself, she founded a company working with marketing consultancy to small and medium-sized companies. Integrated in the American Management Consultancy Group Palladium, she ran future-oriented projects, primarily focused on public administration in Spain.
Heléne holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in International Business Administration and Economics with Spanish and English, from the Gothenburg Business School, and a postgraduate from the IESE Business School in Barcelona.
Since more than ten years, she is collaborating occasionally as a professor at prestigious Masters Educations in Barcelona, and performs as a mentor to young Spanish entrepreneurs. Heléne is fluid in six languages and is President of the Board of the Swedish-Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Barcelona.
