The trend with decreasing car interest among young consumers is bothering for car manufacturers. The company wanted to explore new areas of innovation in order to find innovative ways to approach future car consumers.

Starting with a global consumer research carried out by Kairos Future, we identified 10 key consumer trends and a set of consumer scenarios relevant for the question in focus. The trends and scenarios were used to identify new areas of innovations, and during a two-day workshop more than 200 new ideas were identified.
